All registration fees include access to the live, virtual streamed sessions (January 26 – 29, 2021) as well as access to the conference recordings post-event. Registration also includes access to the Trade Show.

GROUP RATE: 10% pricing discount
Group rates apply to 10 or more employees from the same company (may include HRPA members and non-members). To qualify for the group rate, all 10 (or more) names of registrants in the group must be submitted at the same time.

You must be currently enrolled in a post-secondary HR program to register.
Cancellations, Refunds
Don’t cancel! Why cancel? Whether you participate in the event live or not, your paid registration fees give you access to the post-event recordings.
If you don’t want to access to the recordings and/or need to cancel for alternate reasons, requests for cancellations or refunds must be received in writing at conferenceregistration@hrpa.ca.
For cancellations received on or before December 15, 2020, you will receive a 50% refund of fees paid.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after December 15, 2020.

Yes! Please email conferenceregistration@hrpa.ca and a new confirmation will be sent out.
How many CPD hours can delegates log for attending the Annual Conference?
We’ve pre-approved sessions that qualify for CPD hours so delegates can determine how many hours they will log prior to the conference. To find out more about how to identify CPD qualifying sessions and collect your pre-approved CPD codes, please read our CPD FAQ.
How do I apply to become a speaker at the Annual Conference?
Thank you for your interest in becoming a speaker. The deadline to submit a Speaking Proposal has passed for our 2020 Conference. Please click here to visit the Contact Us section of the HRPA site and select “Speaking at the Annual Conference, Speaker and Session Presentation” under “Annual Conference” to request speaker updates and learn about future speaker submission deadlines.
