Exhibitors must arrange their own commercial general liability insurance, including personal and bodily injury liability, in the amount of $2 million. If you already have insurance coverage for these items, ask your insurance broker to extend the policy to cover you during the 2020 HRPA Annual Conference and Trade Show dated January 21 – January 24, 2020.

All exhibitors planning on a giveaway or a promotion from their booth should complete the contest form and return it to us as soon as possible. We may be able to provide additional marketing opportunities to notify conference delegates.
